Shipping Policies

North America:
Orders addressed to Continental United States,
Canada & Mexico are
shipped UPS ground usually within 1-5 days and take between
6 to 9 business days to arrive.
Hawaii/Alaska:
shipments
are shipped via UPS 3-day air and are subject
to additional ship fees. (please Contact
Us for
a ship quote on this service.)
International Customers:
Overseas shipments are shipped UPS
3-day air and usually take 4-7 days
for delivery.
Please Contact Us with details of your
shipment and destination address including the zip code so that
we may provide you with an accurate shipping quote on your order.
Expedited/Express Shipping:
These shipping services are available
for an additional fee. Expedited is normally 2-3 days delivery
time. Express is overnight. (email us with destination address
for a ship quote.)
Change of Address Fee:
Please ensure that the shipping
address that you provide contains
accurate information including
zip code and telephone number.
It is not always possible to
correct the address once the
package has been shipped and
UPS charges $6.95 for address
correction service. This fee
will be passed back to you the
customer for orders with an incorrect
address information.

Our Guarantee
The products we sell are guaranteed by the manufacturer. If you are not satisfied
and wish to return an item for any reason, Wooden Comfort will send you a full
refund on the purchase price of your order. We want to make
sure you are happy with your order, so we are offering a full 30-Days to evaluate
the product. (Our manufacturers only offer a 15-day guarantee, but we knew
you deserved a little more time.)
Shipping Damage: (PLEASE READ
CAREFULLY)
If an item is damaged in shipping then
you must keep all packaging and Wooden
Comfort MUST
be notified of
specific damage as soon as possible.
Wooden Comfort will initiate damage claims while our manufacturer will handle
all
correspondence with UPS and arrange for product replacement and return shipping
through UPS.
If original box and internal packaging is (a) discarded before
UPS inspects the shipment, or (b)
damaged items are shipped back to the factory by you the consumer
without our manufacturer's
authorization, the replacement claim
that our manufacturer made with UPS on behalf of the you the consumer
will be null and void.
This will result in a denied claim
with UPS and replacement or refund for damaged item will not be
issued.
Returns for Any Other Reason
DO NOT return the package without Contacting us
first. We will issue you instructions
on the return process. You must keep
all packaging, and product(s) must be
returned, prepaid within
30 days in undamaged condition, unused and
in its original packaging. If you do not follow
these instructions, we may not be able
to refund your purchase.
